Staff Profile:

Shelby McMillen is a teacher at Lockwood High School. This is her first year of teaching ever at Lockwood. She went to Park City High School. After high school, she went to the University of Providence. If she did not want to teach she would be a travel agent. Her favorite thing about being a teacher is making connections with the students. She teaches sophomore World History. Her favorite subject when she was in high school was History or Math. McMillen was involved in tons of extracurricular activities like FCCLA, National Honors Society, Basketball, and Softball and she also helps with softball. She has not married and she doesn’t have any kids. But she has a brother named Garrett and he is on the Track team. She has a dog named Bo. Someone that is her hero is her dad.
