The student council recently hosted a welcome event for Lockwood seniors, The Senior Sunrise. After watching the sunrise, senior parents who volunteer served breakfast to the seniors and then the members of the Student Council who wasn't seniors. Students wrote their hopes for the year, or for the years to come on a balloon to be sent into the sky. The event was funded by the student council’s budget and the food was donated by Lockwood’s IGA and made by the parents. Thank you to all those who helped put this event together and help start another tradition for the high school.
