Lockwood High School has a new boys and girls soccer program. This is the first year for the varsity team even though they don't have any seniors. For their first home game, both boys and girls played Hamilton. In the first game, the boys lost 6-1 and the girls 4-0. Chez Keehn is the girl’s coach. The boy’s coach is two of the players' fathers, Stuart Bovington. The first goal for the boys was scored by Rowan Oliszczak. And the first goal for the girls was Addy Rich, who said, "it was very nerve-racking". Chez Keehn said “the more coachable you are the easier it's gonna be to coach you and it will be a lot more fun.” The Lockwood soccer program will get a lot better once they start working together and form as one.
