The Lockwood School coffee shop is adding a school store. The school store is inside the school grounds, which is the name for the coffee shop. You could have gotten the shirts at games however putting it in the coffee shop made it more assembled. They put it in the coffee shop because they wanted to manage the purchases better. The cash machines that they needed were in there, it made it so that they didn’t need to buy another machine. They have t-shirts, water bottles, notebooks, pens, pencils, chips, and phone chargers.
Tristan Gentry is a senior and this is her first year in entrepreneurship, which is the class that handles the coffee shop. She is the one who has helped put together the store and helps press the shirts. When asked what she thought of the coffee shop she said, “The coffee shop is really similar to my actual job and it’s fun to be a part of.” The school store mostly sells t-shirts, while the coffee shop sells a lot of lattes, frappes, and coffees.
