Meeting 7

Today we made a challenge for the whole school. We set our create a poster of your favourite playground game. We can't wait to see everyone's ideas.

Meeting 6

Today in our Life and Ethos group we were revisiting the work we have already done. We decided it would be a good idea to have a book full of playground games that we can share with everyone in school.

Meeting 5

Today we thought about the qualities of a good friend. We read the story Lost and Found. In the story the Penguin is lost, so the boy helps him to find his home. During their adventure together they explore what makes a good friend. We found that out friends should be kind, good listeners and helpful. We started to create our own Friendship character for Danestone Primary.

Meeting 4

Today we decided on where our new Friendship stop could be. We spoke about what would make a good spot for it and where could be the best place so everyone knows where it is. We then created our own tyre design.

Meeting 3

Today we went outside and played lots of games together. We taught one another games so we can play games together in playground together. We learnt these games so other people can join in and to teach to people who might not have anyone to play with.

Meeting 2

Today in our Life and Ethos Group, we thought about what makes a good friend and created posters that we can put up around the school to remind everyone of what a good friend is.

Meeting 1

Today we met for the first time to talk about what we are going to do as a group and what we would like to achieve. Together we created our action plan for the year.
