In 1226 BC, Tydeus, son of Oeneus, immigrated to live with Deipyla's father, Adrastus. [Apo.1.8.5, Hyginus.97]

Aeolia, the mother of Tydeus' father Oeneus, was the sister of Bias, the father of Adrastus' father Talaus.

So Tydeus moved to Argos to seek out his second cousin Adrastus. [Apo.1.7.7, Apo.1.8.5, Diod.4.35.2, Hyginus.70]
