keyboard mapping
通常MIDIにおいてノートナンバーは0から127しかない。
そこにsclファイルをどのように配置するか、ということを定義するファイルである。

ただし、後述するReference FrequencyとReference Keyなりの音を調整する技術が統一されていないという問題があり、kbmファイルを使わずsclファイルのみを使用することが一般的。

ScalaのKBMファイルには様々な用途がありますが、おそらくそれらの中で最も重要なものは、リニアキーボードマッピングと呼ばれるもので、これを指定します。
Key For 1/1
マッピングの最初のエントリがXXにマッピングされているミドルノート。
だいたいC:60でいいのでは。オクターブの移動が必要な場合に調整。
Reference Frequency
リファレンス・キーにマッピングされる周波数(Hz、CPS)で、例えば、標準のA.69(440 Hz)やC.60(261.625565 Hz)に設定
Reference Key
基準周波数がマッピングされるMIDIノート
