We talked about transcribing what we have contributed in the sessions, which is a lot of work. I saw this video about transcribing. What do you guys think? Opening a google docs and record on there seems a matching way... (I do not have a smarphone)

I just wonder if then only Edwin would click voice recording, or that we should do it individually if we want to have the transcribe?

It would be very helpful if we could transcribe our meetings. It would give us a lot to work with. It is not easy.. Youtube does an automatic transcription but it is not very good. I did a transcription of the first 6 min of our meeting manually. It is very time consuming.

Any ideas?

    • 1. One idea is we do more transcription as people speak.. I’ve done that before. The people not speaking transcribe what they hear.

    • 2. We do more shared writing like we do with the on arrival question.

    • 3. There is an empathy based process where everything gets written down and sorted and turned into a report. It’s called dynamic facilitation or empathic inquiry.     • 4. One idea is we add a third hour to the meeting that is all about writing up a report about the meeting and what we learned.

Any other ideas?
