What would you tell people about Why they might want to join our Empathy Training Design Teams?
Bill : I would say that the experience of being empathetic is rewarding, and as I gain a greater understanding the rewards are deepened.

Being a member of the team has made me a better human being. I’m able better to listen for understanding. People seem to feel better talking to me.

Consider that you could make the world that you want to live in, right now. This is a space for that - creation and appreciation for all the work you put towards what you love. Empathy Training Design Teams allow you to network and interface with numerous peers to create the work you value by knowing what is really going on for yourself.

The world is beset by many problems and empathy and building a culture of empathy, is the solution. You can productively contribute to solving the world's problems by helping to create this training. Besides that, it’s fun and a personal learning/growing/creating experience.
