Team 3 is a: Empathy Circle Facilitators Training Group
We have refocused the team to be an: Empathy Circle Facilitators Support Group.
Each of us will work on facilitating empathy circles in our own lives with family, work, friends, etc during the week.
Each person will share what challenges or successes are we having with facilitating an Empathy Circle and will receive support. We use and practice empathic listening in the circle to discuss our experiences with facilitating Empathy Circles. We also work to develop the empathy circle process.
