How Contribute

How might you like to contribute to the Empathy Training MOOC Project?

We need an idea of what participants would like to contribute to the curriculum design project so that we can plan and manage the project effectively. Participants have different interests, time availability, skills, motivations, etc, etc. This is a survey questionnaire on how you would like to contribute.

To improve this questionnaire, here is a version of this questionnaire on Google Doc. You can go there to add comments, question, additions, etc, to make it more clear and helpful.

    • I do feel like I can contribute to the technical components of teaching the skills involved. This is a regular part of my work and my life. I think the thing I struggle with is how inspire the desire to learn empathy or to express compassion. We have to go beyond “preaching to the choir” to engage others. I know that when I teach empathy to those who have been told they need to have it, it doesn’t usually work very well

    • Participate in the vision .
