SORT TITLE: Feelings: Strong-Alive
TITLE: What are strong feelings you have now,
BY Edwin
OBJECTIVES: Purpose of this Activity:
DESCRIPTION
Create an exercise about
What are strong feelings you have now,? or
What is alive in you?
We have different feelings that we sense in our bodies. When we have a topic to discuss we can talk about that but there may be a strong or pressing feeling you have. So we always want to have space where anyone can bring up what is alive in them.
Need some examples.
Where does the term "what is alive?" come from? I've heard Marshall Rosenberg use it a lot.
