The glittering blanket of snow covers the ground and seems to be winking at the sun. As I walk along, the chorus of birds chirps into my ears. The trees are powdered with white snow, and the cool breeze blows in my face. A branch cracks and I look down to see an oak branch split cleanly through the middle. The wind whips up around me in a flash, and snow blinds me. I find myself in the middle of a snow desert, shivering from the sudden drop in temperature. A low growl comes from behind, and I turn to see a ferocious-looking polar bear baring its teeth. I slowly back away, and the polar bear turns around and leaves. Crunch! Crunch! I spin around and realize I just backed into the edge of a glacial cliff. The ice and snow beneath my feet crumble and crack. I can hear the rushing of salty ocean water beneath, and the ground beneath my feet gives way.
