Accessing Your User Preferences

To access your user preferences, simply click the person icon in the top-right of your Backpack window to view a dropdown with customization options, including:

Managing MFA login for Backpack
Turning advanced display mode on or off
Turning performance bounds on or off
Opt in or out of receiving daily emails from Fluency
Accessing a "Quick Start" guide to using Backpack

Enhance your account's security by setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Enforce MFA Enrollment

Display Mode

Toggle on "Advanced" for "Display Mode" to enable advanced settings in Backpack, including advanced reporting and "find and replace" tag functionality.

Performance Bounds

Turn performance bounds on or off for your user. Note: To create specific performance bounds, go to Settings & Tools.

Daily Emails From Fluency

Opt in to daily emails about new platform features, alerts on your accounts, optimization recommendations, and more.
