To access the Analyst Portfolio Health tool in Backpack:
Go to Insights in the top menu.
Click on Analyst Portfolio Health from the dropdown.
In the top right of the tool, select the calendar icon to set a date range. You can view metrics for a single month or a range of months. Tip: For a more accurate view, assess using at least three months of data.
Note: Health metrics differ from account metrics, as they are calculated once a day and represent metrics for enabled campaigns only.
Define goals for analysts based on your chosen metrics. Managers can then evaluate analyst performance against these goals. Here's how:
In the Portfolio Health field, click the score (a percentage) for the desired user.
Click Edit Goals and choose a metric (e.g., Pacing, Blueprint Usage).
Enter a Metric Target and % of Weight for the current metric.
Decide whether the goal applies to all analysts or just the specific analyst.
Click Save Goal.
Once saved, you can track a user's progress compared to target metrics by revisiting the same editing window.
