Budget Groups allow you to organize and manage budgets in separate groups within a portfolio of accounts. They make it easier to understand and track budgets in an organized way. If you need help setting up Budget Groups, reach out to your Advertising Engineer.

Using Budget Groups, you can:
Manage and track different advertising partner budgets separately in your portfolio.
Group budgets based on campaign type, especially if they need to reach a specific spend amount each month (e.g., for co-oping purposes).
Take advantage of Budget Reallocation capabilities within mutually exclusive groups in the same account.
To analyze budget pacing by account or budget group in our Budget Groups section:
Select Insights in the top menu and then Budget Groups from the dropdown menu.
Use the search bar to find a specific account or choose sorting options like A-Z, Low to High (%), High to Low ($), etc.
Toggle on View by Group to see accounts sorted within their respective budget groups.
Under each budget group, you'll find:
Current spend MTD (Month-to-Date)
Required spend to pace at 100%
Percentage indicating if you're under- or over-pacing (trend)
Progress bar tracking current day of the month
