The "Modify Keywords" tool in Backpack lets you edit keywords for multiple accounts or your entire portfolio at once. This can save you and your team significant time compared to editing keywords individually. "Modify Keywords" is found in the bulk edit menu for accounts, campaigns, and ad groups.
To use the "Modify Keywords" tool:
Go to Manage in the top menu.
Check the boxes next to the accounts, campaigns, ad groups, or keywords you want to edit.
Click "Modify Keywords" in the bulk edit menu. This will open a modal window.
(Optional) In the modal, input text for Campaign Name, Ad Group Name, and Keyword Text to apply keyword modifications to a filtered set.
(Optional) Click Include Blueprints to include keywords attached to blueprints.
