Blueprint Tweaks allows you to move or copy and paste ad groups from one Blueprint-linked campaign to another without having to edit the Blueprint itself.

How to Manage Ad Groups Across Blueprint-Linked Campaigns
Go to Manage in the top menu.
Click on an account from the list.
Click on the Account Settings button in the top right.
Select the Blueprints tab—then choose the Blueprint Tweaks sub-tab.
Click + Add New.
Select a Blueprint.
Select the campaign containing the ad group you want to move or copy.
Choose Copy or Move.
Using the available match operators, choose the ad group you want to move or copy.
Choose the destination campaign for your ad group.
Click Save.
Note: You can also access Blueprint Tweaks by selecting an ad group checkbox and selecting from the available options. This option will automatically input your selected campaign and ad groups.
