Since Blueprints have the power to make changes across many to all of your accounts, it is recommended that not everyone should be given this access. On the other hand, since Blueprints are a crux in launching and managing accounts on Fluency, not just one team member should hoard that knowledge. Decide what team members should have access to becoming experts on Fluency Blueprints, then create a process for strategically managing those blueprints.
Change and growth is crucial and it all starts from the Blueprint! Once Blueprints are up and running, they should continuously evolve. They should be tested and updated in order to optimize the performance of your campaigns at a holistic level. Our Blueprint Metrics will be able to help users in Lead and Manager roles to be able to analyze Blueprint performance.
To stay away from manual changes within each account, it is also recommended to put a clear process in place for Strategists to recommend global changes for Blueprints to their team leads based on what they have observed in their assigned accounts. This way, if a Strategist finds an item in one of their assigned accounts that has helped that individual account's performance, the Lead can apply it to all of the other accounts linked to that Blueprint to increase the performance of many accounts in seconds!
Utilizing Fluency's capabilities will not only help automate the management of your campaigns but can also greatly improve campaign performance. The Performance Review section of Fluency will help Strategists dive deeper into their individual assigned accounts in order to make strategic recommendations for budget and channel optimization. Managers and/or Leads can also set Performance Bounds that can be applied across all of their accounts. This helps Strategists reach performance goals and will make Leads/Managers aware of lacking performance before it's too late.
