Bulk actions can be found in Manage in the blue menu bar that appears above any table after selecting a checkbox.
Note: Bulk action menus are available for accounts, budgets, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads. The available bulk actions depend on the specific feature you're using. For example, the bulk action menu in the image above is specifically for accounts.
