The "Bulk Budget Worksheet" tool in Backpack allows you to adjust your settings and preferences across multiple budgets in your portfolio. Save valuable time for both you and your team by making changes to budget settings collectively, avoiding the need to modify them one by one. This tool is conveniently located in the bulk edit menu for accounts.

Go to Manage in the top menu.
Check the boxes next to the accounts you want to edit.
Click "Bulk Budget Worksheet" in the bulk edit menu. This will open a modal window.
Check the boxes next to the budgets you want to edit, or simply select all by checking the box at the top of the table.Â
Use the pencil icons in the blue menu bar to update your settings in bulk.
Pending changes will be highlighted in yellow. Click Save All Changes when finished.
