The Partner Check tool in Backpack allows you to see if anything is out of sync with specific attributes at the partner level and make changes if necessary.
Go to Manage in the top menu.
Click on an account in the list.
Access Partner Check in two ways:
Choose a Campaign and click Campaign Settings.
Alternatively, select an ad group and click Ad Group Settings.
Click Partner Check, located beneath the metrics row.
In the Partner Check view, you'll find the following fields:
Property Name: Displays the attribute in Backpack that may be out of sync the attribute at the partner level.
What We Have: Shows the current value stored in Backpack.
What's at [Partner]: Displays the current value stored at the partner level (e.g., Google, Meta, Bing).
To synchronize values, toggle the switch in the What's at (Partner) column. This will set the Backpack value to match the partner level and pushes it to other partners.
Make any necessary adjustments and click Save & Synchronize Data when finished.
