Ensure a seamless integration by following these steps:
Note: The user undergoing the authentication process must have an email address with admin user status in the target partner platform.
Log in to Backpack and go to the setup page.
Select Link for the integration you want to set up.
Log in to the partner platform if prompted.Â
Grant Fluency permission to manage your advertising.
Once completed, the platform or channel will display Re-Link, indicating a successful connection.
After authentication, learn how to connect to your existing accounts. Once connected, run a reverse sync to pull in existing campaigns and historical data.
