Walk like a Duck
Goal
Arms and legs move smoothly and opposite. Ankle, knee, hip and torso align to the inside edge of the ski.
Helps when a skier stays centred between their skis during herringbone.
Details
The skier steps up a gentle slope on skis, alternating arms and legs. The skier maintains the ski tips quite wide apart (in a “V” shape), arms swing comfortably. Extra points for making a sound like a duck. Poles optional.
