Goal
Slowing tempo forces the skier to refine their balance on each foot.
Helps when a skier has trouble balancing on one ski, and raises tempo to compensate.
Details
Ski as slowly as possible while maintaining good form, balance and propulsion. Can be done with or without skis and/or poles to help with coordination.
