Slalom/ Human Slalom

Goal

The skier forms a wedge by rotating both legs, steering the skis along the desired arc resulting in more pressure on the outside ski.

Helps when a skier tries to steer with the upper body.

Details

Set up a slalom course using poles, half tennis balls. cones etc. Have the skier ski around the markers.

Varation: the first skier skis down a little way and stops. Second skier skis around first skier and stops a distance below. Third skier skis around first and second skier and stops below second skier. Process repeats until all skiers have skied, then the first skier slaloms through all skiers and stops below last skier.
