Double Pole to One Skate
Goal
Force is applied to the poles beginning with torso flexing, then shoulder, then elbow, and wrist joints extend.
Helps when a skier is too stiff in their upper body when skating.
Details
Ski 3 double poling actions focused on loading the poles. Then ski 3 One Skate actions still focused on loading the poles. Repeat the pattern.
