Break the Pane
Goal
The elbows break the plane of the back first and then hands.
Helps when a skier poles using straight arms and without an effective tricept extension.
Details
When poling, demonstrate the elbow passing the torso before extending the lower arm - as if the skier is trying to break a pane of glass behind them with their elbows.
