Goal

Experiment with adjusing body position, tempo and arm swing to more effeciently Double Pole up an incline.

Helps when a skier is challenged using Double Pole on an incline and needs to learn to adapt their body position, tempo, and/or arm swing.

Details

Starting from the bottom of an incline, skiers Double Pole as far up the hill as possible. Mark their spot and try again. Try adjusting body position, tempo, core engagment, and/or length of arm swing.
