Goal
To get power out of leg push in One Step Double Pole.
Helps when a skier has difficulty preloading the ski.
Details
Perform the One Step Double Pole movement without poles. This allows skiers to get comfortable with the movement and timing, and creates focus on the kick rather than propelling forward from the Double Pole. This is difficult. It requires the skier to fully recover to an upright position, and fully pre-load the one ski (kick). Use a slight downhill to increase success.
