Fall-line Gliding Plow
Goal
More braking action is gained by widening the wedge so the skis roll onto their inside edges to gain more grip.
Helps when a skier tries to stop with straight legs, or is challenged rotating their femur in their hip socket.
Details
Start in a fall-line with a gliding plow. As speed increases, push out hard into a braking plow, and slow down until almost stopped. Repeat
