3-2-1DP Kick
Goal
To get power out of leg push in One Step Double Pole.
Helps when a skier tries to kick from a bent position or is missing preload.
Details
Skiers do three Double Pole actions and then kick. Work on full recovery of the upper body. Progress to 2 Double Pole actions and then kick. Progress to one Double Pole action and then kick. Focus on coordination.
