Short & Sweet
Goal
Encourage skier to adapt tempo, stride length, and body position to maintain grip as terrain changes.
Helps when a skier loses grip on inclines. Often they are leaning into the hill with their upper body (COM ahead of BOS).
Details
Vary the terrain using Diagonal Stride on flats and inclines. On inclines, shorter strides with quick timing and adjusted body position provide more grip. Experiment with a variety of slope angles.
