Goal

Upper Body rises before or at the same time as the arms begin moving forward.

Helps when a skier tries to start poling action while still flexed at the waist.

Details

Use 3 beat breakdown of Double Pole:

Beat 1 – poling motion, drop upper body, load poles and push .

Beat 2 - stand up or raise the body up.

Beat 3 - recover or raise arms.
