Step the Line
Goal
The recovery leg returns underneath the skier aligned with shoulder. Ankle knees, hip and torso align to balance.
Helps when a skier has trouble returning ski under COM.
Details
Draw two parallel lines in the snow in the centre of the trail on a hill. Lines should be shoulder width apart. This gives skiers a focus point. Skier's feet should land close to the lines on recovery, on an edged ski.
