Ankle ,knee, hip and torso align to balance over flat ski.

Helps when a skier has trouble stepping onto a gliding ski (Balance).

Helps when a skier needs to get used to the leg pattern of quick stepping (Coordination or Direction Change).

Details

Step one ski to the next around the numbers on a clock face. Try both directions.

Progression: Hopping on single ski around the numbers on a clock face.
