Reverse Snow Plow
Goal
Balanced body position and moving COM over BOS as it moves forward onto the new ski.
Helps when a skier is on heels. COM is back.
Details
Have skiers ski backwards down a hill using a "reverse wedge" or "reverse snow plow'. They will feel pressure on the ball of the foot. Stop somewhere on the hill. Maintain that body position and offset up the hill.
