Season Summary

This season was marked by significant learning and success for the student-athletes, who displayed exceptional determination and a strong desire to excel. Lynn and Mandy stood out as key players, remaining undefeated throughout the season. Their leadership extended beyond their own success, as they actively supported less experienced players, offering guidance and encouragement. Similarly, Saeyoon, Esther, and Leah consistently demonstrated leadership and set strong examples for their doubles team. Saeyoon, in particular, played a key role in mentoring her teammates, particularly in adapting to different playing styles. Both of the girls doubles teams finished the season undefeated, including in the tournament.

In singles, Kirsten Park made remarkable strides in her development, particularly in terms of mental focus. Her undefeated record in conference games reflected her growing ability to adapt to different opponents. Nikita, playing at Singles 2, finished the season undefeated in conference and tournament matches, showing considerable growth in her strategic approach and her ability to assess her opponents' strengths and weaknesses. Mia, competing at Singles 1, faced the toughest challenges, consistently playing against top-tier competitors from other schools. While she struggled through mental challenges during difficult moments, she demonstrated significant improvement in both her gameplay and her compassion towards others. She finished the conference season 5-3 and was second in the tournament. Overall, the season was a testament to the athletes' resilience, growth, and sportsmanship.
