Season Summary
ACSC-It was a tough ACSC coming in with a new coach and players who had been through 4 coaches in 4 years, but the boys worked hard during training to align themselves with new coach Johnny Collin's training and game plans to come together as a team, shooting for improvement. Though they didn't win a game, the boys worked extremely hard to follow the new game plan, and had tons of fun bonding through night activities like the talent show and skittles card games. KAIAC season- Building off ACSC and adding the volleyball boys, the team had high hopes going into the season. It's always a tough first 2 games facing TCIS and SFS off the bat, but the boys responded well to bounce back and show they could compete strongly in KAIAC. The highlight was beating SAHS (the runner up) handily when the team was at full strength. Unfortunately, this was a season of injuries, as injuries plagued our team, and the boys had a tough time recovering. They never did give up though, pulling off last minute victories several times throughout the season! KAIAC tournament- Unfortunately, the guys lost to a tough DAHS team in the first game. In the second game, the boys decided to have fun, switching positions and giving everyone a chance to enjoy the last game of the season.
