2015-16

Season Summary

The girls had a successful year last year so they were looking to build off of that momentum, and looking for a vocal leader to step up in the strong group of seniors. 

 The quality of play improved over the course of the season as the girls became more comfortable with a new offense. As they got more repetitions in the improvement became more apparent. 

Season highlights include 2 victories over SAHS, a feat never before accomplished for a YISS girls' basketball team, comeback victories over St. Paul, KIS (twice), and even comeback losses to TCIS. The girls never gave up, no matter what the game situation was. 

The ACSC tournament in Malaysia was a success, and the girls were right in the mix the whole tournament, every game.
