Season Summary

Only 2 girls who on the team had really ever seen conference play before. Everyone else was either new to basketball or had not been able to play games. But the girls love of the game came when their knowledge grew! They went from knowing very little about the game to being a scrappy defense that does not quit. More than one of the girls had an argument for best defensive player of the conference based on steals and blocks.

Offensively is where the girls struggled this year. Shooting the ball was a weakness but the team grew at being more aggressive on that end of the floor. The team ended the year being able to run an offense and to get good shots and good looks.
