Season Summary
This year was a growing year for the team. After graduating 6 seniors last year, this season the girls spent time raising up new leaders and teaching 4 freshman what it means to be a varsity Guardian athlete. They were excited to have more of a season than in years past due to COVID, and buckled down to really try and excel.
The season opened with an SIS and HHS friendly, taking a loss for both, but good tennis was played. The rest of the season was spent battling for 3 close wins, as KAIAC brought strong girl’s competition. The team culture and relationships were strong and the girls are looking forward to more success as a team next year.
