Season Summary
This season, with the limited number of courts, the YISS boys kept only 8 members on the roster. One freshman played at #3 singles and a junior playing at the alternate position.
The guys faced stiff competition from all the teams in KAIAC this year, and it was explained to the team at the start of the year that there could be a possibility of relegation. The team had many chances to come away with some wins against Chadwick early in the season, but they could not pull it out. The guys had only one 3-2 win later in the season against Chadwick and the other closest match was against TCIS in which they lost 3-2. There were some notable singles wins by Leon Kawai at 1 singles against SIS, TCIS, and HHS.
