THIS SATURDAY, December 7th

The Drew Coleman Team Christmas Party

(The Butler Barn at Hoffman Farms - 22242 SW Scholls Ferry Rd, Beaverton) Parents can park anywhere in the lot.

12:30-2:30pm

REMINDERS

1. Students need to arrive dressed very warmly in festive red & black caroling attire. Check in with Mrs Motschenbaucher 12:30pm by the little shed. I will bring a few Santa hats & festive headbands, as well as our rhythm sticks, bells & shakers :)

2. We will carol from the upper loft twice for about 20 minutes each session, starting approx 1:00 and 2:00 in the barn. Students will be given free time to eat & explore in between. The Ensemble will finish each session with “Silent Night” and the "O Come All Ye Faithful". Please join us singing this familiar carol & chorus. We will repeat the chorus "For He Alone is Worthy” as well. How awesome it will be to worship our Lord and King in this public setting! May we represent our Lord Jesus with excellence & may He be glorified through it all!

3. Parents, a gentle reminder~ please be careful not to create an exclusive "holy huddle", ignoring other party guests. Greet strangers, start conversations. This is a community outreach event. You will be able to see the Ensemble (and their “real” performance pieces) at our concert. Let’s represent Christ with love & common courtesy. Let the light of Christ shine through us all!

4. Students will be released to parents at the end of the second session (approx 2:20) or brought back by the shed for pick up at 2:30pm. Enjoy the party. Wear those school colors proudly. Smile a lot. Again, we represent not only WHCS, but our most worthy Lord Jesus. We GET to do this!
