CONCERT WEEK: ENSEMBLE DETAILS December 5-9th
JUST THE FACTS:
Monday & Wednesday (Tech in Aud) Elective classes
Friday, Dec. 9th 7:30am BEFORE SCHOOL WARM UP / 8:30am ASSEMBLY
6:30pm WARM UP IN MUSIC ROOM (Aud Opens) /7:00pm CONCERT
DETAILS:
FRIDAY MORNING Dec. 9 7:30AM BEFORE SCHOOL
Come warmed up, through the north doors again, having chatted a lot already! We will be in regular school clothes for the assembly. However, feel free to throw on a Santa hat or scarf or xmas sweater for fun. :) We have very little time to address any last minute changes & details. I beg you not to be late today. Please arrive a bit earlier to put backpack & coats upstairs BEFORE reporting to the auditorium. The all-school assembly starts at 8:30am sharp. Here is the full morning schedule:
7:25-7:35 Arrival/ everything to lockers
7:35-8:10 SOUND CHECK ON RISERS (Chorale & Ensemble)
8:10 Bathroom, Check in with teachers & return to risers asap
8:20 Everyone in start positions (Ensemble gym hall)
8:30-9:15 ASSEMBLY
FRIDAY EVENING Dec. 9 6:30 DETAILS
6:20-6:30 Arrive DRESSED IN FESTIVE CAROLING ATTIRE, Drop coats TO LOCKERS
6:30PM CHORALE & ENSEMBLE WARM UP/ Praise/Prayer in Music Rm (Aud Opens)
7:00PM CONCERT Chorale will perform first, followed immediately by the 7/8 Ensemble.
