4/26 FRIDAY MORNING STAGGERED CALL TIMES

6/7/8 Leads & Bees Only: 6:30am

All 4/5th Graders: 6:45am

6/7/8 Narrators & Word Chorus: 7:00am

4/26-27 FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENINGS STAGGERED CALL TIMES

6/7/8 Leads & Bees Only: 5:30pm

All 4/5th Graders: 5:45pm

6/7/8 Narrators & Word Chorus: 6:00pm

4/29 MONDAY MORNING STAGGERED CALL TIMES

6/7/8 Leads & Bees Only: 7:00am

All 4/5th Graders: 7:15am

6/7/8 Narrators & Word Chorus: 7:30am

Thank you parents for continuing to step up. I am praising the Lord for your help! It looks like we still need assistance especially on Friday & Monday mornings (yikes- the exact times I’ve got to get your 68 kids changed, makeup off & back to class in 10-15 minutes flat!) A few notes on some of the slots remaining:

MAKE-UP: Mrs Mickel will have SIMPLE design samples for you to follow & you will be done by the time the doors open to the auditorium & welcome to Monday’s show. NEED 5 MORE PLS!

BOYS LOCKER ROOM: Moms can help too! Pre & Post rehearsal/shows- Done before doors open to auditorium & welcome to Monday’s show.

COSTUME ASSISTANTS: Help check out & check in costumes for cast members pre & post shows. Critical!
