4-24-14 Current 4th & 5th Graders Alert!

Good evening parents of 4th and 5th graders!

Earlier this week, Crusader Chorale, our special 5th & 6th grade vocal performance group, presented an exciting musical, “Broadway: The Beat Goes On!” to our student body. Many of your children are now asking about next year. Although club information will go out in the fall, I’d like to share with you what I have already shared with your students.

Briefly, Chorale students rehearse during lunch recess once a week (boys and girls separately) and once a month after school. For those of you who like to plan ahead, I have posted Fall 2014 Crusader Chorale Dates & Information on the website. These dates include all rehearsals and performances, and quite honestly, very rarely change. Many students often participate in WHCS sports, Bands and Chorale at the same time. Looking even further ahead, next spring we are presenting the musical, “Pirates!”. Registration for this dynamic group will not take place until next fall, but here is all the information you need to plan ahead.... way ahead! I anticipate an exciting season with this particular group of students. WE GET TO DO THIS!
