Good afternoon Chorale parents!

THANK YOU! God bless y’all for your efforts in having your kiddos here yesterday after school. We are so excited to sing out for Jesus! Our WHCS music students rock!

“COSTUME” REMINDERS

FRIDAY MORNING: Regular school clothes. Save shirts for evening, please.

FRIDAY NIGHT: ARRIVE WEARING your Chorale T-shirt & black pants, shoes, socks.

FRIDAY MORNING * Please review this part with your child!

ARRIVE BETWEEN 7:10-25 thru side doors & put everything upstairs first!

7:30AM BE ON THE RISERS.

Come warmed up, having chatted a lot already! We will NOT be in Chorale T-shirts but regular school clothes. This is our one and only chance to rehearse our concert opener with the Ensemble! We have little time to address any last minute changes & details. I beg you not to be late. Please arrive early to get backpack & coats upstairs BEFORE reporting to the auditorium. The all-school assembly starts at 8:30am sharp. Here is the full morning schedule:

7:10-7:25 Arrival/ everything to lockers & back to auditorium

7:30-8:05 SOUND CHECK ON RISERS

8:05 Bathroom/ drink break & return to risers

8:15 Start positions. Door Open

8:30-9:10ish ALL SCHOOL ASSEMBLY

4/5 Lunch Recess Chorale PARTY in Music Room

PARTY @ Lunch ON CONCERT DAY FRIDAY> Three quick notes to know:

• 1. I will be serving ice cream sandwiches. If your child needs something different, please feel free to send an alternate treat with them.

  2. In the party bags kids will receive, there are rubber duckies. Rubber duckies are a long standing tradition with our extra curricular music participants- themed with our presentations. Our older students have quite a collection, so you might want to think twice before they swim away :)

  3. Fair warning: Also in the goodie bags are cds with music for “Winnie the Pooh”. More on the musical coming soon, but info is already HERE for those of you who want it now!

FRIDAY EVENING

6:30PM* CHORALE WARM UP, PRAISE & PRAYER in Music Room

*Arrive in Chorale outfits, coats, etc to lockers earlier

7:00PM CONCERT (Approx. 1 hour)
