THE FACTS FOR FRIDAY, TOMORROW

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFO WITH YOUR CHILD!!!!!!!

MORNING (girls any hair & eye makeup done at home)

Staggered ARRIVAL 6:30- 7:00am thru SIDE ENTRANCE to GYM

*1. Put backpacks on bleachers

*2. Check out costumes/ change/ return with school clothes on hangers to racks

*3. Go thru make-up/ have your individual picture taken/(leads to sound)/all to bleachers.

*4. 7:30-8ish Sound check/ Warm ups/ Break

ASSEMBLY & POST ASSEMBLY

*Doors open approx. 8:00am. *Assembly starts 8:30am, lasting approx 45 minutes.

*AFTER: Cast members IMMEDIATELY head to gym, get school clothes & change. There will not be time to visit after the morning assembly.

* BRING COSTUME BACK TO RACKS IN GYM before

*Reporting to classrooms BY 9:30! THAT’S JUST 10 MINUTES. IT CAN BE DONE!

LUNCH CAST PARTY 12:00pm

Lunch provided-Gather for notes/changes/video of assembly/ traditional rubber duckies!

EVENING

*Staggered ARRIVAL 5:30-6pm (any hair & eye makeup done) TO GYM

*Check out costumes/ change/ bring clothes back to GYM NEW FOR 5th girls- Miss Hutchison Room & 6th grade girls in Mr. Killian Room)

*(Doors open at 6:30pm) Cast warm-ups IN GYM ONLY for pm show

*7:00 SHOWTIME! (Parents stack chairs please!)

*8:00 Get clothes/ change out of costumes & RETURN THEM TO GYM before leaving!

*8:00 Any families are welcome to stay to help w/ chairs, clean up & strike the set.

*Then sleep well, whos and all!
