9-23-19 Pick Up Specifics

Hello Chorale families!

Just a few clarifying notes regarding pick-up at the end of our rehearsal tomorrow, after school, Tuesday, Sept. 24th (3:00-4:00pm). Our track is locked for the safety of our after school academy students. Therefore, please help our parking lot pick up run smoothly by remembering the following:

* Feel free to use both lanes of the parking lot to come towards the building.

* Merge into one line and pull all the way up the side of the building to the top of the hill. This will allow us to load up multiple cars at the same time.

* You are welcome to park in available spots and walk over to escort your children. But please be mindful of cars & holding up the flow. As stated in my previous email for safety reasons, I will not send children across the parking lot unattended.

Thanks ahead of time for your kindness and patience. My prayer is to have our 45 kiddos safely packed up and y’all on your way asap. I’m looking forward to working with the kids all together tomorrow!
